Roasted Tuna Algarve Style, or Atum Assado a Algarvia in Portuguese.
One of the most emblematic and exclusive of the Ramirez brand, where one can find the old flavors of the cuisine of the Algarve region. Following tradition, the tuna goes to the oven already seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, white wine, salt and spices. After it is baked, the tuna is canned and ready to be sold and served.
